How it works
From route selection to the mailbox.
A straightforward process that keeps you in control of the decisions and out of the logistics. An oversized 9×12 postcard is a powerful piece of advertising, and an expensive one to mail alone, so our shared-cost model lets reputable local businesses split the cost while each keeps dedicated space and individual tracking. Here's what you can expect from us and what's expected of you along the way.
01. Explore the Routes
We show you the carrier routes we're considering, how many households they reach, and the research behind our selections. You review the route reports and decide whether the target area makes sense for your business.
02. Choose Your Commitment
Choose an advertising term and payment options. You can select to advertise with us for one month, three months, six months, or one year. Provide your business name, logo, preferred offer, contact information, website, and social links. Duration, pricing, and dates are subject to the available schedule and written agreement.
03. Approve Your Advertisement
We design your ad, configure the agreed tracking setup, and send you a proof. You review everything carefully and approve your advertisement before it goes to print.
04. We Handle the Campaign
Once approved, we coordinate printing, postage, mailing, and distribution, along with the reporting included in your package.
Artwork approvals & deadlines
After you choose your commitment and provide your information, we design your ad and send a proof. You review it carefully and approve it before anything goes to print. Once approved, the artwork is locked for that edition. Meeting agreed deadlines keeps the campaign on schedule, if a deadline is missed, we'll discuss moving your ad to the next available edition.
What if a deadline is missed or space is taken?
If a deadline is missed or your preferred space is already taken, we look at the next available edition, an alternate territory, or a future campaign. We'll be upfront about what's available so you can decide what works.
QR tracking configuration
When QR tracking is part of your package, we assign a unique code to your advertisement and link it to your chosen destination, a website, offer, contact page, or campaign landing page. We configure the agreed tracking setup before the campaign mails so scans are captured from day one.
Print, postage & distribution
We coordinate the print specifications, postage, preparation, and mailing through the USPS Every Door Direct Mail service. You don't manage the postal process, we do, as part of the campaign. The postcard is delivered to eligible addresses on the selected routes.
What you receive after mailing
You receive the reporting included in your package, such as the confirmed mailing area, delivery count, and any QR-tracking reports where configured. You also keep the recognition you've built: your business has been physically placed in thousands of local households.
Renewals & subsequent editions
Many advertisers choose a multi-edition commitment to build recognition over time. Renewals and future editions are subject to availability and a new written agreement. We'll let you know when the next campaign in your area is being planned.
Your responsibility after mailing
The advertiser remains responsible for responding to calls, emails, website inquiries, and other customer contacts. You also need to provide accurate information, approve your artwork, and meet agreed deadlines. Direct mail creates the exposure, turning that exposure into customers is still your work.
